Becoming a Veri-Corp certified vendor is a crucial step for any online digital product vendor. We understand that consumer confidence is the highest priority for any online vendor. All of our vendors are charged an initial $49.95 setup fee.
The current payment option is our monthly payment plan. This plan offers our vendors the ability to choose which certifications they wish to have. Each certification cost $9.95 per month or all three certifications for $24.95 per month.

Below you will find the process of obtaining each certification. Our process is very easy and most vendors obtain their certifications within 5 business days. As you can see above, the vendors certification page will inform the consumer when you became certified, overall rating in our system(all vendors start off with excellent rating with all certifications), complaint history(only unresolved complaints are shown), vendor spam rating based upon complaints, company name, company location, customer service email address, Better Business Bureau complaint history, and the status of the vendors certifications.

The Business Verified Seal Verification Process - The process starts with the vendor registering in our system. Then a letter is generated with a confirmation code and sent to the business address used to setup the account. The vendor then logs into our system and enters their confirmation number. The same process is used for confirming your customer service email address. Once registered and confirmed, the vendor will have access to their account to resolve any pending complaints with consumers. This process usually is completed within 5 business days.
The Privacy Verified Seal Verification Process - This process is done by verifying the vendor has a privacy policy and is accessible on their home page. Once verified, we then verify what email marketing system is used to communicate with their clients. If the email marketing system is compliant with our standards, the vendor will become Privacy Verified.
The Security Verified Seal Verification Process - This process is done by verifying who the vendor will use for financial transactions. If the vendor is already using a Veri-Corp approved provider for processing transactions, then the last step to becoming Security Verified is verifying how the vendor will transmit the consumers data from their website to the payment processor.

Step 1 - Choose Your Plan
Once you complete your payment, you will be taken directly to our vendors registration section. Here you will need to complete your registration information and submit it to us.
Once we receive your registration, you will be mailed our confirmation code via postal mail. You will then login to your account and submit your confirmation code.
You will also receive a confirmation to your customer service email address. This is used to validate your email address. You will need to login to your account and submit that confirmation code as well.
Step 2 - Register Your Company
Once your account is certified, usually in 5 business days, you will receive an email with your code to display your Veri-Corp Certified Seals on your website. These seals will be coded to take your website visitors to your Certification Page. At this point, your account will be completely activated.
Step 3 - Insert Your Certified Seals
As you can see, consumer confidence is drastically improved with our certification seals. Our vendors experience the following benefits after becoming certified. If you wish to add another Verified Seal, please contact our support department. We will need to change your account setup and your billing accordingly. We highly recommend that all vendors register for all 3 of our certification seals. This will give your website viewers full confidence.
